Jolly, the Mets connections! Ralph Kiner, legend announcer from 1962 was also a premier power hitter for the Pirates in his day and Gil Hodges, WS winning manager could blast em with the Dodgers.
No love for Hall of Famer Ralph Kiner is wild. Dude led the league in homers for 7 straight seasons - a MLB record. He also was a longtime Mets broadcaster, so I’m surprised he didn’t come up with the big NY bias in the office lol
It's SO disappointing that you don't include Lucas on these types of quizzes. He's the only person in your entire office w/ reliable knowledge of baseball from before the year 2000.
Dan: "we're gonna win this." Me: there's no way you're gonna come up with the Wallachs and Dawsons. :) I should have got Roy Campanella though, given the Montreal history.
Watching all these quizzes.....you guys have a weakness for older Hall of Famers and other big historical names from before your baseball watching time. Maybe JM Baseball should take a trip to Cooperstown in January for a weekend special?
I ended up with 134/150. According to quiz stats, my worst misses were Morneau and Seager. I was able to get all of the pre 70's except for Earl Averill and Del Ennis.
Jolly, how can you miss Gil Hodges AND Ralph Kiner? your Mets card is in Jeopardy. overall, missing Mel Ott, Eddie Mathews, & Johnny Bench is pretty bad
Happy Thanksgiving! Can't believe I beat y'all with a 129/150 even after bombing the Jays and the Rays. Anyways, BBD wins the video for his sweet hockey Rangers jersey.
Johnny Bench was the worst miss obviously. Kiner and Ott could have been pulls. The Dodgers killed you. Campy should've been a guess. I was surprised you didn't get Karros because of the RotY streak they went through plus he did broadcasting.
Thank You for this Thanksgiving of shouting "Johnny Bench!" at my screen for 15 minutes.
Yup
Same here. Also Hank Greenberg, until they finally got him.
Ha, I was about to post the same thing. Literally yelled it at my phone like a crazy person on the bus
to be fair I was screaming "Joe Morgan" :V
And Mel Ott. Jesus boys. Mel Fucking Ott 290 foot bombs at the Polo Grounds for days
Jolly knowing 124/150 is 83% was a sneaky impressive flex.
If you think about it for a second you should understand why this is an easy estimation.
Does anybody notice that his intro is wrong for the video... it's top HR hitters of all time not for each season starting in 2000
Yeah this is the second video with a big error
It’s happy grape, are you really expecting correct info
@@theJUBMonsterdude happy grape is hilarious
@@BambooBrad hilariously bad
For real - saw comments about Bench - I'm like what the heck?
Yelling Gill Hodges and Roy Campanella at my TV for 10 minutes was fun
I was yelling Johnny Bench and Eddie Matthews. No one ever seems to remember Eddie Matthews. Best Braves 3b ever and yes, including Chipper.

yeah he was hitting 40+ a year regularly before players were really doing that.
20:57 “We’re at a 106WRC+” should’ve been “you guys were at a 106WRC+” after Dans disgraceful performance today
Probably shouldn't be on these types of videos as he doesn't know baseball history. Not really fair to him.
You guys needed me... I crushed it for anyone pre-2000, sucked ass for everyone in this century. Which is typical for me with any baseball trivia.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I have never yelled at my phone more. Missing Bench and Ott is pretty bad.
Jolly walked into the barber shop and ordered the megan rapinoe
gotta love the fish names #1 and #2 at 6:10
fish men good
With a lot of these, right off the bat you can just punch in like, Martinez, Perez, Gonzalez, etc and get multiple answers for each one.
Random guesses like Yuniesky Betancourt are amusing.
Its not a video with BBD without him checking his phone. Glad he came through near the end.
Dan with the “technically I didn’t get any wrong since I never heard of them” 😂
The apostrophe after the numbers instead of before (like 06’ instead of ‘06) bothers me more than it should.
It's SO disappointing that you don't include Lucas on these types of quizzes. He's the only person in your entire office w/ reliable knowledge of baseball from before the year 2000.
The whole point is it's too easy for Lucas lmao
Finally got you guys on one! Got a 131 with Ray Lankford as my best get.
Dan: "we're gonna win this."
Me: there's no way you're gonna come up with the Wallachs and Dawsons. :)
I should have got Roy Campanella though, given the Montreal history.

Thank you for getting Nevin and Finley, Jolly, and the Klesko shoutout
You joke about Judge, but he could be on this list next year.

yelled mel ott for like 15 minutes
albeit, that is my team, but we do have our top four home run leaders out on the triples’ alley wall in center, so.
Screaming Dwight Evans and Johnny Bench at my phone
*Misses Amos Otis*
Lucas: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Where do y'all find these quizzes at I want to play some myself
Not mentioning the greatest catcher of all time is a crime in these spheres
no love for ron santo is nuts!
There's nothing more offensive than Jolly's New York accent
122/150 I missed a couple super obvious ones but I'm not too mad at that score
Got a 122. Worst miss was Jose Abreu.
The people saw that look for Hank Greenberg, BBD
Crazy that there are many teams that best number is below Yankees fifth.
Dwight Evans hit 374 with the Sox, not 274.
Jolly guessed Yuniesky Betancourt
Johnny Bench was the worst miss obviously. Kiner and Ott could have been pulls. The Dodgers killed you. Campy should've been a guess. I was surprised you didn't get Karros because of the RotY streak they went through plus he did broadcasting.
Dwight evans had almost 400 home runs this list is wrong
I got 124 out of 150. I'm pretty satisfied with that 😎
Eric Karros! Please lol
glad to see Future RefGuess hard mode player Kent Hrbek referenced! *Hint Hint* Jolly
128/150, Clemente was by far my biggest miss
I got 130. 🤓. Best gets Wynn and Wallach, worst misses Marte and Johnson.
I got 79% by myself typing on my phone. 😂
Bench miss is brutal
Skipping the first 30 seconds because Jolly is just going to say the same thing twice- a Jomboy Thanksgiving tradition.
Honestly disappointed in a lot of the misses
Trout and Salmon.
Got 131 out of the 150
136/150 no big deal
Bench was a terrible miss, but Ott was bad too.
proving video after video you need a dodger fan in the office 😴
126/150
Bench was the most embarrassing miss. IMO.
117. Bad memory for names and time was way too short for one person.
Dan is useless.
jhnny bench---mel ott----wes matthews-------ron santo-------ralph kiner were the names i was saying oh i also had willie horton and norm cash
Do you mean Eddie Mathews? But yeah. Bench, Ott, Matthews and Kiner were bad misses, for sure. Campanella too, really, since he was such a big name.
No views in 1 minute is a crazy fall off
I like cheese
?????? How do you know Dwight Evans lol
One T Garret superiority!
