If they re-release the TOMS (which they should) then it won’t affect the originals. Like all Kyosho re-re’s it’ll have updated/upgraded parts. It won’t be the same, just similar in flavour.

I think the limited edition cars should remain that way. Like you said you buy a re-re and built it up to that spec and make your own if you really want one. I love the F150 and that was a heck of a deal on it. Same with the F350, great deal. I have the Hilux I have to get built, not a big fan of the Tundra at all. Great haul again from Buyee! I am going to have to venture over there at some point and try it out!

Nice haul once again! The biggest shock for me? I looked up the 87 and 88 Kyosho Catalogues, thinking about maybe looking for/buying......over AUD600 each! Ouch!So nix that idea. The possibly controversial part, unless I missed it, was the discussion about the TOMS. It depends how it would be re-re'd. If it was done like say, the re-re Ultima, it's not exactly the same as the OG Ultima. They's be re-re edition TOMS, not OG. But your point still stands.
Mahoosive box, i agree on the toms, no point rereing it, takes away the fact it was a special car, we will prob see another mid rere, long wheel base 🤔 who knows. But im happy just converting my worlds mid into a lwb to get out on the track 👍
@@rcicons4915I’d be happy with any long wheelbase mid. My friend has a table to cut carbon for crawler trucks and bring as they don’t have any molded areas and are just flat plates it’d be easy and likely get higher quality carbon

That is also not the right TOMS body, that is a Custom body, you can tell by the bubble on the left side. TOMS did not have the bubble. So while it will be a cool runner, it is likely not a real TOMS. Or if it was you are missing the two sets of yellow 3 piece wheels, the Spike tires, plus the Square blocks (not the tires on that car), plus look at the Diffs, are they ball diffs? Can't really see in the video.
Please buy a VAJRA so I can live vicariously through your build. I am done with BUYEE. They robbed me in plain sight. Please don't ever select the LITE INSPECTION PLAN. If you do, they will say whatever shows up to the warehouse, and even if the correct item shows up but the wrong quantity, they will say, sorry but you chose the LITE plana and it does not cover and difference in parts count. I bought two ball diffs for the two TT-01E's I have and only one showed up at my house. There were two at the warehouse but only one showed up at my house. They must love robbing anyone who has chosen the LITE plane!
Huh, Never heard of that plan but will be sure to stay clear. There are a lot of people not happy with them and that is unfortunate. I have over 100 transactions with no issues. Seems to work for me, until it doesn’t. Lol
dude r u really a collector? you just pour money like it grows on trees in every website and complain about re-res. you dont even put on a decent work space with camera angles and solid mic. maybe put some money back to your subs by making your workspace better in a way it respects them. dont buy everything on buyee and then complain about re-res dont get me wrong, if you were a small channel with no fund I would not say anything. but the money you spend is not small so at a minimum upgrade you setup. sorry for the harsh words but maybe something will come out of it.

Diffs are correct. Anti sway are correct. Wheels and tires are not. It is a Tom’s spec which works. Looking forward to running it.
