I also had a problem when I entered the ID for purchase on the website, but I managed to get around it in the following way: 1- copying the account ID from the game; 2- returning to the main screen to select the server; 3- clicking on the button for the website on the cell phone; 4- pasting the ID. I think there is a problem when you enter the ID manually, but following these steps worked for me.
Spent $.99 for the shaltier, no objection. Got Evil Eye and Dantallion with 50 pulls (evil eye first 10, no reroll). So getting to play a full team of I think top-tier SSR 😀 (have bug man from the pick one).

my best team currently is Evileye, Cocytus, Mare and Lupusregina. im f2p and im sitting at a comfy 8.2k CP right now. i also got Sebas and Aura, got lucky with them. my first 3 summons on that 1000 free summon banner had Sebas and Aura in it (0.03% chance to pull 1 of them lol and i got 2 in 3 multis). the thing is i watched tier lists, but after playing for myself at least currently i have to say Evileye, Cocytus and Mare are basically the same in terms of dmg output in a longer fight. Mare had 20.2k dmg and 1.8k healing, Cocytus had 20.6k dmg and Evileye had 20.8k dmg. while Mare also has speed down. in a shorter fight where burst helps in the stats Cocytus is even worse getting like 2k dmg while Evileye gets 5-7k and Mare is sitting around 4-5k. Aura sucks compared to Mare, speed reduction is so good and the selfheal sometimes matters (not often but im not saying no to a free heal). best case after Aura managed to get the stacks up she deals as much dmg as Mare, while in short fights she is as bad as Cocytus. the difference between Cocytus and her is, that a bleed will deal dmg even if you cant hit the target or Cocytus dies. thats why his dmg ramps up faster and more consistent over time. Sebas idk he just feels weak. even with type advantage he deals less dmg with his ult, then Evileye type neutral with her bounce on 1 target. I rlly like Yuri, shes a rlly annoying tank, especially since she buffs a dmg reduction on the team and Evileye only needs 2 buffs to get her dmg buff. my only problem why i dont play her is i only got her 2 stars, while my Lupusregina is already 4 stars. both with relics, arclights, skills and lvl30 only difference is the stars and yuri got a whole 40% less CP, thats 800 CP for me atm and for hp alone thats a whole 2.5k that a healer got more hp then a tank like that. Lupusregina is pretty good, ult dispels and only got 2turns cd, while the single target heal only has a 1 turn cd on top of healing for a part of her max hp after each healing skill. the 6% it is right now is already a 450 heal. so yeah pretty good.
