For Andhra meal you should always ask for a tablespoon serving of ghee on the rice, it will take the taste to next level. I am surprised at Nagarjuna they didn't offer ghee.
Hey Max - Nice to see you in Bangalore ! Please try our Davangere Benne Dosa, idli and vada at Brahmin's Thatte idli, and Masala Dosa at Bangalore Cafe or Rameshwaram Cafe
Bro, you dont dip papad in anything but rice mixed with sambhar or rasam. Or eat it as it is. Achar or pickle we generally have with curd rice or buttermilk rice. The sweet was Sabudhana (Sabbakki in kannada) payasam
I eat papad with yoghurt (curd) whenever I take a thali. Also by being Telugu, we start the meal with a pickle, roasted Bengal gram powder and a generous amount of clarified butter (ghee). Only lemon pickle is used to eat with curd rice by Telugu people.
Always gotta eat with ya hands that's how food tastes Irrespective of any Cultural Origins Except for the IceCream or any slippery stuff we make use of spoon Fork or knife.
😮 Chris eats rice etc with his hands efficiently. Just like a regular Indian guy. Cool I like this 4:3 kind of CRT TV video format. Black on both sides 👍🏼
Bangalore biryani is not biryani lol , its only hyderabad and may be lucknow thats it all over in india...other states are not biryani its just ruce mixed with meat and they make their own experiment which is bad
OK.. Nagarjuna is a Shitty place. Pls visit pure veg places like MTR, Subz in Jayanagar, Basaveshwara khanavali, and tons of other North and South Indian food places in Namma Bengaluru. I can't believe u chose Nagarjuna of all the places in Bengaluru. Do your research well
Chaas, achaar...can these foreigners learn that Hindi is not the local language everywhere? And there's etiquette and technique in eating with the hands... do learn the right way - use the thumb, shouldn't he know this by now?

You spoke my mind. Udupi Sri Krishna Bhavan would have offered more 'local' kind of delicacies
@@Legendary-Akshit halli mane is also okay

When I lived in Bangalore in the early '90s, I used to go to Nagarjuna Hotel in the Majestic very often to eat Andhra food.

Pappadam suppose mix with the rice.
How come he missed ghee
How can u not mix your sambar with rice. Thats a disservice to South Indian food
You should eat those curries, dals, chutneys and soups with chapati or rice you're eating everything alone 😂
Quite expensive!!!!!
Break the Pappad into bits and eat it with the rice and curry Instead of having it separately.
Dts Kerala side not here in Karnataka... Or even for an Andhra meal....
Díganme lo que quieran pero no me gusta hacer todo ese manoseo para comer una comida. paso.
