I did that too, but not 36, more like 33,5h. Started on a Saturday Evening at 7pm and had nothing else than Water and unsweetened Tea until Monday Morning 4:30am. I just wanted to see how long i could last without Food. 😅
I'd say it was rather easy to endure. I even watched some Food-ASMR Videos on YT while fasting. 😅
But i didn't ate such a huge amount of Food like you after that Period of Time. Otherwise it would have the contrary Effect aka Yo-yo Effect.

Ugh, I could not do that. Fasting is a good method to lose weight, for sure, but it’s not for everyone.
It is for everyone actually, we were designed to fast between meals. Three meals, three snacks and dessert is a completely modern invention driven by commercial marketing.
You should try it. Start slowly, just skip a single meal. Drink plenty of water.
@@MikeKilo1969 we're talking days though, obviously it's easy to skip a meal or two but to not eat for that long could be hard for some people physhically, I could easily go a day without food but say my sister gets dizzy and feels weak if she skips a meal, so no, it's not for everyone.
@@lovelickyx she most likely gets dizzy due to electrolyte imbalance and hydration, there’s no medical reason to feel dizzy from missing a single meal. Think about this, every night we fast for about eight hours, maybe more depending on your sleep cycle. We don’t suffer any ill effects or require medical attention every morning, so skipping lunch and eating dinner shouldn’t be any different. Our bodies, if healthy, holds enough minerals, vitamins, nutrients and fat to last far longer without food. Again, we were designed to fast between feasts, not eat every few hours.
