If u wanna get big muscles like this guy
    Tip number one is
OXYGEN u need a oxygen concentrator or oxygen tank people that use it have more stamina and make u EXSTREMLY energetic it's called oxygen therapy what happens when u exercise ur trying to catch ur breath breathing so hard that's what is making u give up while doing something but with oxygen tanks or concentrators u have a EXTREMELY long stamina ur lungs become swollen and bigger giving u more lung capacity so when u work out u don't have to worry about hydrating as u won't get tired due to lack of oxygen meaning less breaks more reps after 7 weeks or so u will realize things like these exercises are EASY AS FUG because there no effort when u come off of it in a year or so I stop at five years my stamina stands for 5 hours running at full speed no practice just pure stamina people that use it don't get tired after working out because there no effort in it at all and less time to recover
Use blood flow restriction bands this makes ur push ups hurt worse and rip ur muscles more this is good because the more rips in ur muscle the more reinforcement u will have making bigger muscles
    *DITCH WATER* roll with milk
Milk is 90% water studies show that milk is more hydrating then water because it is EXTREMELY hard to pee it out making it sit in ur body A LOT LONGER
    this one is
To never stop only time u recover is when ur going to bed
