Well Said! Anyway, in every highly-paying job, there are always pros and cons. It's up to you to choose that job which makes you happy. Bigger companies provide huge facilities because they know the work-life balance issues. So it's acceptable. Don't worry even if you own a business, it almost doubles the efforts (investors, revenue, growth, employees, expenses, legal, compliance, taxes... so on). There is no stage in life where you are going to sit somewhere and rest. What we see in social media is the time they take rest and still work🙂. So all we get is the time to spend the money we earned. Spend it for your happiness and get back to work. it's never-ending. Good luck!

But unluckily I got job in finance sector since 2010 to 2017 after that I begun to run a business and then corona arises next you know that. How should I get a hr job at a mid level please give some feedback from you. If you are so.

i too work in bain as an associate, i can tell it actually depends on the department. if you work in backend you will have a good balance, but if you deal with clients obviously you have to prioritise them, so it depends bro, but if you ask me overall bain is better than other firms

your question is incomplete you can get in bain by even a graduation degree but the role you want to be in specifically need to be known to answer the question. İf you want to be a consultant, top 3 mba colleges will be the ones
