Dear Life Frequency....many thanks, from the bottom of my heart.....i really need it now. Ich wish you love and Succes in all realisations of your wishes and that you fullfeed what you need.
When you have a meltdown, do you feel the urge to talk to your pen'is to see if the reason why your having a melt down is because your too horn'y and can't get a chance to blow off steam?
Ive found many of the Greenred beats so helpfull. Especially entering university in my 50's. I definitely have several trax in my saved folders for reading or writing essays. When i hit play on this new one, the first few seconds told me, this was an instant fave. Thanx to you and yours for all of these.
Congrats on the uni journey! I did a 10-year return-to-college run (4 degrees - Associate's through Master's from my mid-30s to mid-40s). I enjoyed that run much more than the first attempt in my late teens/early 20s.
I love this. I work from home and spend a lot of the day alone. This makes me feel less lonely. It's like having a chill colleague that only brings peace and calm.
The music is very relaxing. I put this video on in the background and then find one of those 'jazz café' videos that looks nice so I can full screen that with this music over it. Perfect combo to occasionally stare at in between bouts of working
I've been listening to this as background noise while watching or doing other things and it's really helping my mind quiet down and just be in the moment of what I'm doing.
Thank you for this Love all your music Im 57 so called today ASD and ADHD i dislike these modern label's for diversity these day's and with ever decreasing creative artistic musical creative expression ... such musical creative sharing has helped myself and mum 75 these last months.... Thank you so much 💙🌌🙏
Love the music. It's helps so very much..I'm an avid reader and this helps keep me focused..also I love these backgrounds so much. Especially when I'm reading in a dark room..they are not distracting and really cool.
Dear Lizzy, I have heard this or a other, very similar comosition while working= writing and translating the last hour before sleeping and in the night I felt as I had heard it still, with the everlasting rythm of velvet calming bass that helps me a lot, but very quiet, not disturbing. I also would like to hear it all the day and all the time❤️
This really gets into my head. It's going to sound weird, but the high toned percussion bit? It sounds like electronic claves or something. Anyway, I can physically feel them in my front sinus/palate area. It's not unpleasant, but it's noticeable. Super weird - never had that happen before.
So I have to take medication for my adhd so I can focus in school, and I hate that I hate the fact that I have to take meds to be classified as normal. I mean why can't people just let me be me the meds make me so dull and non-alive ik that's the point I just feel like people know me more as a loud happy person, my nickname from my bf is literally bubble bc of my bubbly personality I love that, but the meds takes that all away. Sorry I just had to get tha off my chest I try to tell my mom and she just yells at me thanks for reading. Like if you related to this I wanna know if I am the only one.
Hey! That was me in high school and my early twenties. When I would forget my meds, all my friends would be ecstatic, because they had the "real me" back. I was loud, spontaneous, and upbeat. When I would take my meds even my teachers would comment on how withdrawn (but efficient!) I was. The worst part is feeling it yourself and feeling like you're missing a part of yourself. I'd talk to your doctor about adjusting your dose to something less strong, or maybe a different pill. I tried seven before landing on Vyvanse. It wasn't as night and day as the others I tried and it didn't kill my social skills or want to eat nearly as bad as others. It takes time to adjust and find the perfect medicine and dosage for your body and brain. Don't apologize for "rambling," you're a person going through a rough time in your life between trying to meet society's expectations of you and who you are without the medicine.
@@LaurenzeMonkey yes I did talk to my doctors and and they found a safe way to make me less tired but also more focused because I also have a heart condition called POTS they had to work with but now I am back to the normal Scarlett glad you found the true you
