There are LOADS of places to have BREAKFAST in BENIDORM’s OLD TOWN and we try out 3 well-known venues - but which is the best?

I've been to Northern Sole before but had fish & chips and not the breakfast, so can't comment on that.
The girls in there were lovely, really friendly and the food was ok
Personally,it's a Scottish breakfast I look for and there's not many places in Benidorm now that sell it 😖
Hi Tracey. We agree about the staff at Northern Sole, and we really enjoyed the fish and chips. We shall keep an eye out for the Scottish breakfast next time we're in Benidorm 🏴🏴🏴

In all honesty I wasn't impressed with the look of any of the food offerings and I don't do beans, however the orange juice looked very tempting in the first place -Caspers . Obviously just my opinion based on the Aesthetics = Lovely Video Though As Always Of Course XXXXXX

Buenas noches Chatter guys! Thank you for the background history on the Manneken Pis I love learning about stories and fables from different cultures (it's good to know there is someone who would piss on you if you were on fire 🚒) Casper's has got to be my favourite, Colin's brekkie looked great, shame about Tim's the toast must have made it really dry and hard to eat yet he said he should have gone for what he would really enjoy. It was the best value for money and a great selection on the menu. Take care 😊❤x

Based on Colin's breakfast and the orange juices at Caspers my vote goes to them although I wasnt over impressed with any TBH. Was fab to meet Kevin too.
Kevin should have had more of an introduction, but we had a camera fail. Hopefully, he will appear in another video

I miss Rumours cafe, Dominos, and Grannys tea room. All used to be great for breakfast.
Now my go to places are Caspers and Sherrys.
It's such a shame that so many independent businesses are no longer operating in Benidorm, isn't it? ☹️
Another enjoyable review guys. Personally i prefer to do bed and breakfast in an hotel, then have choice outside for the evening meal. Gets me out of bed earlier too😀 More of a brunch otherwise.

Turning up for a breakfast review is very unprofessional. But thinking about it most of us will be eating breakfast in Benidorm with a massive hangover so your reviews are more authentic.😂

We were a bit disappointed, Chris. We've been to Casper's and Refuel in the past and our recollection is that the breakfasts there used to be better than they were this time 🍳🥓👍
The Manneken Pis has been stolen 7 times apparently over the centuries (it's 2 feet tall). Stag doo's are not a new phenomenon
We read that too, Philip. The one out in public is a replica with the real one being kept in the museum under lock and key 🔐

@@thechatterguys ive just watched benidorm mad mike do a reveiw on a breky and he said its the best hes ever had ,maybe try it next time ,its by old town just off beach front up the side of city bar and it calkwd cafe leroy ,proper sausage aswell so you can keep that in mind 4 next time maybe xx

Lol guys! the best cure for a hangover is a full english .....MIND you i cant stomach one righ after getting up lol i have to be awake at least 2 hrs before i even look at food and thats without a hangover! As for Colins review of the bacon ..i agree with him on that , yes i do like my bacon a bit crispy but not that much ...infact my otherhalf cooks it at home to the point of it being a pig in a nuclear blast as he likes it that way .....he made some bacon butties and i actualy broke / chipped a tooth on it cost me a fortune at the dentist to sort it ....needless to say i wont let him cook my bacon now i do my own 🤣

The orange juice at Caspers looked fabulous. Not sure about the food there tho and ditto at Cafe refual especially Colin's sandwhich which didnt look good at all. Hmm not much better at Northern Sole with that bread and runny beans. hmm... I'll let you know if I can pick a winner after Ive watched a 2nd time X

I've been looking forward to these breakfast reviews.
Firstly Casper's, well i must admit Colin's meal looked a little better than yours Tim, and they made a great effort with the orange juice, i must admit Tim they did hit you with the carbs on your meal, maybe something a little lighter next time.
Price wise i thought it was great value.
Ok Refuel, here i think Colin's sandwich looked a bit bland and simple, but Tim's breakfast looked ok to me, re the cost, wow that was a lot.
Now then Northern Soul, wow your in Spain and get instant coffee, (Run away) that is not a good thing to start the day, and as for the meals i thought them very basic and boring, plus you had to wait an age for them.
For me its an easy one guys, Casper's all the way for food and price, maybe just try a different dish next Tim, but it was quite early.

We agree 💯 Chris. None of the breakfasts blew us away. We've been to Casper's and Refuel before and in our memories the breakfasts were better than we experienced this time around 😎🥓🍳 xxx

Sorry about the audio, LVP. We found the sound to be a bit wobbly but we thought 🤔 it was clear enough not to need subtitles. Lesson learned! And we agree that none of these 3 breakfasts were brilliant 🍳🩷🥓

We sat at the very same table at Caspers a few days ago. We ate 3 times at Refuel, once at Caspers and Sheerys and one random pub in the new town

@thechatterguys Refuel for breakfast this time, they narrowly edged out Caspers. The one random british pub on the sea front had lovely sauasges though but I can't remember the name but they had poor customer service. The beef & mushroom burger we had at Caspers was fantastic

Caspers is consistent
Very true, Daz, and that's important because many people like to go to the same place every day for breakfast 🍳
Good choices, Refuel has been better on previous visits. Did you try any Spanish breakfasts ? Mind I don't think they have much choice
We didn't try anything Spanish although we might next time. We think the Spanish mainly have crushed tomatoes on toast for breakfast, called a tostada 🍅🍅🍅

Hello Patricia. Thank you for your comment. We don't remember seeing a bar called Popeye's in the Old Town. There's a Cuban restaurant that we found in Google but we're guessing that's not it.
