Aggressive Taxi driver stole my phone, and then handed it in to the Garda for me to collect!!

- A trip to Dublin. I got a taxi from the ferry port to the hotel where I was staying and left my phone in his cab.
It took me a couple of days to get it back.
He eventually handed it in at the local Garda station instead of returning it at reception at the hotel, which caused hostility.
Handled very well Deano, cool and calm as usual. Pity about the driver trying to rip you off.
HIS CAB WANTS BURNING OUT .

Just ring NTA and complained about him. He will loose his license for sure .😊
Needs his license looking at ..... what's the bets he has loads of claims against insurance's 😡 people like this is why we have sky high renewals
Contact the taxi licencing at the Council
Given the nationality I'm not surprised at either the attitude or offence committed (theft).
Cultural enrichment success there ..Deano you were expected to have thanked him and apologised for colonialism of 200 years ago.
Make sure you leave a report on Google maps.
