So many great animes to check out but so little time haha. Barry seems like a great guy. It's cool that DBGT was the first anime gig that the two of you booked. I also think that it was really cool and extremely humble of Mike Mcfarland to drop out of the role of 2 Bon Clay and recommend it to Barry. It takes an extreme type of selflessness to do that and to put the needs and long-term success of the show over your own. Then again, if your goals match up with the show's long-term goals then I guess it can be an easy thing to do.
Elise, would you consider interviewing people behind the scenes? I would love to hear from scriptwriters, translators, sound engineers, and more!
I love that you said this! I actually have been wanting to talk to people behind the scenes. It will take a little more time because I would need to do in-town interviews. But once I get ahead of schedule on my videos, I'd love to start doing that. What I CAN do is be more intentional about talking to actors who also write, direct, etc...and asking them about that part of their work. Many of them wear multiple hats. Thank you again! I LOVE feedback! I want to know what people want to see.
