If your flexibility is improving too slowly for your taste, try the following: - Hold every single stretch for at least 2 minutes and do every stretch once once standing up (pyramid stretch, lunge etc.), once at the barre and once on the ground. - Change the leg you start with. - In each stretch, keep subtly moving around to look for the tight spots; don't just stretch one aspect of your muscle. - Try to get your hip bone closer to your thigh and feel like you're pushing your butt out to the back/side.
