Dude I remember in 10th grade i took art and was super pumped about the class. My teacher was terrible and idk why but always targeted me. We were doing one of our main projects which included a ton of shading etc. I thought i did an amazing job! I would go after school and continue shading and drawing. And when it came to turning it in I was so excited because i was proud of my work and I really needed a good grade because of college prep.
Then it got graded. C- .....I was devastated. Everyone else got Bs and As including people at my table but mine was better in my opinion because of the detail i included and the shading was just so clean. i tried to fight it but he said "No, its almost like you didnt even try". Ever since then I never tried drawing ever again. 10 years later im picking it back up but ngl that experience left me traumatized. Following your tutorial made me feel a lot more confident so i just wanted to thank you for that.

I am an artist myself, I cannot say I am too good but I know I am not very bad to get an F in art, I have people commissioning me to draw their portraits. I paint as well. Growing up, no one ever beat me in my class when it comes to art. I sell on pictorem etc. I want to have a certification at least so I can work for companies because it's hard without any certification or degree, so I enrolled at Northern Virginia Community College to educate myself and to attain a degree in fine art. In every art class I got "A" until I met this lecturerer who gave me F in art. I think she disliked me from the very beginning when we introduced ourselves, and I said my name means "immunity to bullets." Now I have decided not to continue pursuing the degree I seek. I can achieve everything on the street, I thought. You were lucky you had C, I had F, lol. Some people can kill your dream with their irresponsiblity. Just like that.

You are AWESOME! Some people are gifted artists but you are an artistic genius! What a gift your creator gave you. Where did you study art?

Thank you so much! I kindly request you to shade a photo of a celebrity. Mostly people prefer to draw them.
Awesome work btw. I wish to draw like you someday.
