the new alpha apparently does not seek revenge against knowledge, but seeks to understand the real reason for the conflict. alpha is a cynborg (a human in the body of an android) many think that alpha by his lines is just a machine, but he is what the old alpha said "we are not just machines, we are also humans". The fact that alpha considers beta as his twin brother, is not because they were created in a genetic laboratory, but because of the feeling coming from his human part.
