    Absolutely the BEST video presentations on Tai Chi I’ve found. Excellent teacher! The explanations are crystal clear, as is the use of the mirror. I wish she’d write a workbook with photographs from this 30 day technique. ❤

    Question: When you rock back and fill the back leg do you empty the front leg completely--is it completely insubstantial? So basically you are completely balanced on the back leg when you turn the front heel is on the ground and before you turn the foot out to shift forward?
