Syracuse awarded $50 million federal grant to revitalize 15th Ward neighborhood

Syracuse is one of only seven cities in America to land a $50 million federal grant through the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Program.
The money will go to revitalizing the 15th Ward - one of the poorest zip codes in the nation - and bringing life back to the blighted neighborhood.
