KB1 puffed rice: for 3 plates
Oil : 200ml
Chopped onions: 4
Green chillies: 7-8
Coriander little
Curry leaves little
Roasted ground nut: 50 gm
Roasted Bengal gram powder 25gm
Turmeric: 1 spoon
Tamarind juice: 3 spoon
Jaggery :1 spoon
Mustard: 1 spoon
Jeera : 1 spoon
Chopped tomato for dressing
Mirchi Ingredients
Bydgi green chilli :6-8
Gram flour: 200gm
Ajjwain : half spoon
Salt
Soda: pinch
