- This tutorial will show you how to crochet beginner amigurumi dolls. This tutorial is suitable for beginners.
For these dolls you will need a 4mm crochet hook and DK weight yarn. For my dolls I used Drops Merino Extra Fine yarn (DK weight).

Hi, love the project, however, I wish you would have explained more in detail about the bonnet and the detailing of the end of the project....pictures worth a thousand words..the beginning was so perfectly defined but rushed and somewhat confusing at the end. ..
I really love this video but please please can’t you truly try to knit the Doll more bigger than the one you are knitting please they’re are so very small to me I really wish you could try to knit them more bigger thank you:)
If you go up in hook size you can make your doll larger. Id start by a half size larger and see what that gets you
@@moonpiesnoreosd3267 or try a different yarn like a 4-ply worsted weight…. I made the Sleepyhead Dolls and when I used Hobby Lobby’s “I Love This Yarn” my Doll was larger than the ones I made with a #3 weight yarn………hope this helps…🥰👵🏻
