Nsereko congratulates Oulanyah, asks for better pay for MPs

Kampala Central Member of Parliament Mohammad Nsereko made an appeal for the emoluments of members of Parliament even as he attacked them over accepting bribes. Nsereko spoke as he conceded defeat in race for the Deputy Speaker.
