Luis Lopez Jr Arrested for Community First Fire in Estate Whim

As Luis Lopez Jr. awaits his day in court following his arrest on arson charges, the VI Housing Finance Authority is reporting that the fire at the former Villa Morales facility in Estate Whim on Monday night was able to be contained and extinguished by the quick action of VI Fire Service first responders.
