This was *incredibly* well done and this is coming from someone with minimal experience with this show! Some seriously tense liminal vibes here - the textless credits with that slowly decreasing tone, followed by the Nick logo falling apart, legit freaked me out. Having seen the episode used as a source for this video ("Doctor's Disorders") and having a clearer sense of the plot, it was really upsetting to see Danny give up on his pursuit of Spectra and instead torment his lifelong friends against his will, solely because a hijacker demanded he act this way. Or it *could've* been some kind of virus causing him to transform into the Ultimate Enemy temporarily, which sounds even worse.
This would definitely be a Danny who suffered from Ecto Corruption. Where his living brain would slowly ROT every time he.. Went ghost, leading to insanity when his brain fully rotted.
I've said it before, but i'm so used to Spongebob horror stuff that using another cartoon for this stuff is so much creepier. I hope people keep doing this with other 2000s nick shows.
