funny you mentioned about self producing music because G dragon (the leader of bigbang) is THE REASON why kpop group nowadays can produce their owm music, before that kpop groups always use music producers for the song

G-Dragon is coming back in the second half of 2024. He is the leader of BIGBANG and also the producer of BIGBANG. He wrote 80% of the group's songs. So relateable and well thought. BigBang have done at least 2 songs with a nod to punk. One was a collab with Korean punk band No Brain called Oh My Friend. A lighter vibe than yours, but still has energy. Love that you try out a wide range of music. Have you tried Dios a Japanese rock/pop group. Meant to have the best guitarist in Japan. Another style again.

It opened the door for many to have discussions and find a way to begin the healing process.
They changed the norm and dared to do so regardless of bad press or image.

The thing that made bigbang really unique in the industry back then was their very vulnerable and personal songwriting and presence in their videos, which was not very common back then. It's largely in part to GDragons songwriting. They were the first band to speak candidly about mental health, alcohol and even sex, somewhat. Which was a big deal back then, haha, since South Korea is a very traditional country. Bigbang have amazing lyrics. It's kind of funny this is the first song you watched though, I'd not recommend this as a first song from them. Maybe fantastic baby, or even monster. They have a lot of bops in their catalogue, but also a lot of emotional songs. For a more whimsical take, I'd say "high high", which is a solo project collaboration between TOP and GDragon, the two rappers of the group, or even their later song Zutter. Also any solo song by Gdragon, honestly, is worthy of a listen.

4)gd/gdragon is d pioneer of airport fashion back in 2009 & till now..most of big house of fashion brands choose kpop idols as their ga bc of gd..he's d only asian male as d muse channel, selected by d karl himself..lv evn sponsored gd in 2009 (d only korean artist ws sponsored by luxurious brand at that time) not only gd is known as kpop king but also fashionista king
5)most of bb mv r contratry to "conservative" sokor..they appear half naked,take a piss & shit, smooking & interact ambigiously with their female partners..most idol mv avoid doing all these things cause afraid/avoid d critisms from their fans & general public..back in d days,fans consider idol is their own..but bb dont care bout that, & even ask fans to leave them if they dont like it..that's y bb is considered as d "bad boy" of kpop..& d only kpop boygroup which have more fanboys than fangirl tho😏
6)when taeyang annouced his dating with min hyo rin(his wife), most vip r shocked bcause he's actually dating, he commonly known as a church boy & hs least interaction with female,let alone dating & married tho..& when they actually married, vip r extremely happy & evn create meme to congratulate his "aldulthood"🤣🤣🤣..u know,in d past when idol r caught dating,they will b criticised & cancelled by their fans..but not vip, we r happy more than our own family got married 🤣 & now some other fandom r more acceptable when their idols is dating/married..such like iconic when bobby announced he'll b a father

I see bigbang and i like it right away😅. I'm not kpop fan. I never like others groups. I only listen to bigbang music. The group and solos as well. You have read the lyric. Almost all their song has very deep meaning. Watch bang bang bang+fantastic baby+sober in osaka japan dome tour.

Bigbang didn't disband in 2018, 3 of it's members went and did their military service in that year and one was already in the military which he joined in 2017, which is mandatory in South Korea,

One VIP explanation. I like it.
In G-Dragon's part (he's the one who is shown first in the music video), he feels alone and depressed. Although he has money and fame, he becomes lonely as he does not have anyone by his side. His part also goes,
"I was always alone. It's been a long time. since I've forgotten about love."
Taeyang (the one on the roof in the red jacket) was confused and had doubts about his faith. The cross he drew said, "Sin Will Find You." His part goes, "I hold out my hand, but no one holds it." Just like in GD's case, he was alone and did not know where he should go to ask for help. At the end, he loses his battles against himself and commits suicide, where you see him falling off the building.
T.O.P., on the other hand, was shown to be a womanizer. 'Love them for one night, and hate them then when the morning comes." The two girls were also wearing white, signifying that T.O.P. also views them as objects. They started to touch him and his things. got mad and killed them, which is why you see him covered in blood while he is walking. through the alley. He breaks down as he starts to realize what he has done and what he has lost.
Daesung (the one getting beat up) was being bullied, which makes him feel like, "At some point, I've gotten scared of people's eyes." He becomes afraid of what people will do to him. While looking in the mirror, he decides to fight back, although he knows that he is not going to win.
At the end, the five members all gave in to their personal struggles, thus becoming "losers" in their own ways.

Big Bang is the first group in the Korean industry to make and produce their own music successfully, it has great influence basically BTS became artists because of them some of its members have used samples of their music and have a lot of influence on their concepts, just like attez who have also mentioned bigbang as one of their main influences, Big Bang have been on hiatus for many years that is why many people ignore how huge they are however without bigbang there would not be a BTS a black Pink especially BP since they They made the company of these girls a great company, without bigbang there would not be many groups in the industry, thanks to Big Bang there are also rappers and kpop groups, much of the current visual concept of kpop is because of bigbang. Regarding loser the song is why bigbang has also received a lot of hate, they hated that it has plunged them into deep depressions so much so that top 🔝 retired from the industry after trying to commit suicide, after 7 years he will return in squid Game 2 and waited for bigbang one day, loser repeats many things that have been said to them and how they have felt, bigbang has really suffered a lot since they debuted but they are people who come back like a phoenix 🐦🔥 the best way to appreciate them is in their live performances there are no groups with greater stage presence I recommend their performances in Osaka and I hope you know more about them thank you for your reaction
