truly shocked that someone like Vidyut would do something like this. He was phenomenal in Force. He did good work in Commando 1. Slowly, he is now only focusing on martial arts and choreographed stunts. If i wanted to see action i can watch WWE or UFC all day, but i watch a movie for the story that it has, the characters and the relatability it brings. None of Vidyut's recent films have those. On top of it he simply banking on the 'non nepo kid' image.

Although I have grown to dislike action films, I have to say that I am glad we grew up watching action movies like Terminator 2, Face Off, Speed, Matrix, ConAir, Total Recall in the 90's. Majority of the current action movies in Bollywood can't even match 30+ year old movies from Hollywood. Action heroes like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Keanu Reeves etc weren't known for their Oscar-worthy acting skills but still their action movies with nice stories and amazingly filmed action sequences and BGM more than made up for it. Here in Bollywood, they lack in both departments. They neither want to tell good stories nor want to film gripping action sequences. But it caters to the audiences who think every above average Bollywood film is a "masterpiece" because of their limited exposure to good cinema. We celebrate mediocrity. There is a reason why Tiger Shroff keeps coming up with mindless action films, Tiger and Vidyut both have a strong fanbase 🤷♀️

Animal had a good story and acting, something Vidyut, Tiger and Prabhas know not much about. I kinda remember Vidyut from Force, found Tiger decent in War and haven't seen a Prabhas movie, but consistently acting well doesn't seem to be their strong suit.

I have only seen Force movie of vidyut in which he was excellent in a negative role..the problem with him is k he thinks people will come to see his martial arts and spend 300 bucks on a mindless film..he has the skill and talent and looks but not getting the right kind of script or story..he is better than Tiger Shroff as recently I have even seen his spy thriller which was a period film and was really good..dont remember the name .but that movie shud have been a big hit..it had all organic action sequences and drama..and thrill..

Maybe there is an issue with the movie, the thought and actual implementation have some difference. However just remember how epic was the first Commando with Dilip ghosh. His raw presence is far greater than him putting into a forced heroic identity. He is already a Hero. Doesn't need lot of make up (Commando 2 and 3) Just have to remember this. Kindly take it as a view.

On point review for the most part....tatti kisi bhi roop me becha jaa raha ho, tatti hi hota hai woh. I do feel Vidyut is a capable actor though. Khuda Haafiz me convincing laga banda mujhe, action aside. IB 71 as well- movie overall was caricaturish but I think he really performed well in that. Vidyut should realize ki acting talent jitna bhi ho, wo khud movie banayega toh jyada se jyada aisa chutiyapa hi banega.
