I dug out an old aluminum Pantograph I got at a garage sale years ago and thought "A Heavy Duty Version this is thing is all I really need for starters". I envisioned something extremely close to what I saw you build. Then I opened UA-cam your vids popped up and that was that. Thank You
phil chiu i actually should of showed that i had made both but just ended up mentioning that you can use a vacuum as a blower . But i am finding that i can forge weld a little faster with the blower
When that cut for the second blade perfectly lined up with the one prior to it😧 so satisfying!!!!!!

Could you draw the template on the plate and then align the cutter to match it?
Mike Bonifacio yes you can i also put a laser pen instead of the stylus and follow a picture to cut something out on the plasma
What gauge wire are you using? and what kind of switch?
