The first time this brave pup from Austin, Texas, USA, used her prosthetic legs has been caught on camera in an emotional video.
Owner and operator of Safe In Austin Rescue Ranch Jamie Wallace-Griner, 40, said one-year-old Great Pyrenese mix Halo, has been through an insane journey since her rescue at four weeks old.
Halo was born on a breeder's farm with only a small portion of her front legs and one deformed.
Jamie said she was covered in ant bites with two bloody nubs for front legs, plus one back leg shooting in the wrong direction.

Such an inspiring video to see. I love what you guys did for her that's so awesome. My dog just had an accident has a paralyzed front leg and trying to make what decision I should do about it. It's very hard to decide. I've been swinging a dog brace. Love to have a prosthetic specially made for her.v

I wd remove the other dogs from the yard so the poor dog can concentrate on using the new legs and remove the bedding so the dog doesnt trip on it with the legs on. kinda over emotional for this gal; shes about to have an emotional seizure.
This animal should be put down. Yes it’s standing but quality of life needs to be adressed in situations like this.
she was born this way. only human complain about quality of life since we know what’s better, animals don’t. she has a loving family and seems enjoying life. as long as she is still eating and playing and interacting she will be fine. not hard to tell if a dog still want to live.
