As someone who has a sister myself, I can confirm that brothers and sisters are not supposed to look at each other that way, not to mention Riley's reaction when Mac hold her hand at the end of their mission together in Germany in season 4. She technically confessed her feelings for Mac in a later episode. As for Mac and Desi's 'relationship': a relationship is built on trust, hope and respect. When Mac 'defected' to Codex, everyone turned against him, including Desi, indicating that she doesn't trust Mac by the end of the day. Riley, on the other hand, trusts Mac completely, even helped him in his mission to defeat Codex from the inside. So, I don't think Mac and Desi are a good fit. Riley and Mac on the other hand...
