If our supply line is not that good to transmit full capacity in normal days, how does it provide electricity to the whole country on some specific occasions? For example, in Ramadan, several governments pledged to provide it without interruption and they did it.

Energy crisis is a major threat to Pakistan. The energy production is lesser than consumption. Lack of dams and unutilization of coal are bigger causes. Therefore, Pakistan mainly depends on exports for energy production. The Historical background on this issue shows non seriousness of Governors could not realize the actual situation of this issue. The result is that all Pakistan suffers severely from this problem.
