Well said with this video as it is as if Marvel is splitting Phase four into two sections where one is continuing stories of certain heroes in the aftermath of Endgame and the other is introducing new heroes into the MCU. However, the problem here lies within the continuation of the heroes and which of the new heroes to look out for in the future. Ant Man 3 could have been shaped up to something enjoyable had they at Marvel asked us to see Loki and even have Kang make an appearance in Multiverse of madness. Slow, building up you know ?
Personally Ant-Man 3 is one of the new movies I'm the most excited for lol, but that's just because it seems like it'll be one of the big introductions to Kang alongside Loki Season 2. For an average MCU viewer w/out that context though, definitely a lot less draw.
That's great! I'm still curious to see what they do with Kang too. There's probably a little more hype toward Ant-Man 3 than I thought, and I might have only thought otherwise because I wasn't a huge fan of either of his other films. But yeah, the fact that part of the draw comes from a character set up by a mostly unrelated TV show means that being an MCU fan requires more commitment than it used to. Ultimately, if the movies aren't consistently great and don't stand on their own, the franchise will probably become more niche.

Spectacle Creep is such an insidious killer.
