I was shocked when he attached the hylian shield to the decayed sword ngl but then again, that's the most Quin thing to do.

For the Gleeok guts quest:
with frost, flame, and thunder gleeoks, there is a 10% chance of gleeok guts dropping
with king gleeoks, while they are extremely difficult and impossible for small man to fight, they have a 100% chance of dropping gleeok guts
I knew it had to be King Gleeok
There's actually a standard fire gleeok on spectacle rock (nearby to this quest) that always gives guts the very first time you fight it, but he reverts to the standard 5% drop rate (I think) every time after that
The emotional rollercoaster of watching Quin fuse the Hylian Shield to a decayed sword (a questionable idea) and then use the scaffolding in the Gleeok fight (a fantastic idea)

Fastest way to get Gleeok guts is to fight a King Gleeok. I believe the easiest one to get to is the one in the Depths under Typhlo Ruins. Unless you want to hoverbike all the way to one of the floating platforms in the corners of the map. Reaching Hebra Sky platform isn’t too bad.
And you should attach some eyeballs to your arrows just to see the cool homing missiles it creates!

a piece of advice for Gleeoks, hit them with the eyes of the opposite element, saves on arrows, compensates for aim, and one shots each head

all normal gleeoks have a 10% chance to drop guts. if you haven't fought the flame gleeok on spectacle rock before it has a 100% chance to drop guts but only if you've never killed it before, once it respawns it's the same as normal gleeoks. king gleeoks also have a very high chance to drop guts. i don't know if it's a guaranteed drop from king gleeoks but it might be

quick tip! try fighting the gleeok in one of the spectacle rocks, it's the one that mostly drop gleeok guts aside from king gleeoks.

I absolutely love the videos, your humor and editing make this series the highlight of my day!! also you can one shot the fire or ice gleeok heads if you use the opposite element on the arrow i.e. firefruit for an ice gleeok or something icy like ice chuchu jelly for a fire gleeok if you want to save a few arrows!
Quin. Best thing to fight gleeocks is any eyes: keese eyes, octorick eyes, etc. They search out head shots by themselves. Plus, capfires using one wood and four pinecones produce hella fire, so you go up super high. Use that to go up they decide to do an airspace mission.

I don’t know for sure, but it might be only King Gleeok’s that can drop the guys because the guts are a higher tier drop. The guts also might just have a much higher drop rate on King Gleeok’s, but you are definitely more likely to get the guts from them.

Great stuff quin. Getting all the old maps was a good idea. Also i hope eventually you get all the monster medals from the guy you just did the wanted quests for. Like botw you gotta kill all the monsters except for lynels. Still no lynel medal which us whack. But now there are 6 medala instead of 3. Moldugas, talus, hinox, the cubes, the froxs, and gleeoks

Tip for Talus: run underneath and Ascend up through him to get on top of him easily.
Pro-tip, for the gleeok guts, kill the king gleeoks. Their chances of dropping guts is higher than the regular gleeoks. Regular gleeoks only have like a 10% chance of dropping guts
