only handbrake is available to slow down, but mostly handbrake used for drifting
Actually is it that hard to engage into N or P while stopping for a certain period of time..? At least if the foot went off the brake pedal or accidental pressed the throttle, the vehicle would just jerk with a roaring engine...
The license is certified medically up to 75, you can ask LTA to change the rules if you worry.

Most of the taxi drivers are very careless and driving without sufficient rest, which results in an accident.
Never try to cross 3 lanes at one go when you can see only 2 lanes. That's what caused the accident.
