If you are looking for the specific color codes, you'd be near RED 250, GREEN 100, BLUE 75. That gets you close, but may look different dependent on how color blind you are.

You can definitely get orange out of most neopixel sabers that have an unlimited color wheel. BTW, on the Ahsoka show, I noticed the baddie girl w/the orange saber, if you look closely you can see she is clearly using Kanan Jarrus's old lightsaber hilt. Also, if the kyber crystal bleed to make the saber red, then what makes an orange blade? Is it a Kyber Crystal that is merely pissed off? Who knows, anyway, look for Kanans hilt. I think it was ep2.
I’m thinking about getting one of these neopixel sabers cause I want a very specific shade of teal or blue green like an aqua standard cyan is nice but just doesn’t do it for me
