Love this!! Questions…does a life admin day typically take an entire day or do you block off a few hours then reward yourself after? Also, how do you split up chores between you and your partner? In our house, my partner cleans and I organize.
Recently I've been trying to tidy up more and go to the gym more but it is so hard to get off the couch. This week when I got off work I'd give myself 30 minutes to put on gym clothes and listen to music to pump myself up while tidying. After doing that my space would feel so much more clean and I was so much more motivated to go to the gym. It has been awesome!

First time I've heard the phrase "life admin day," so far I've only heard of monthly or weekly resets.
Very ingenius approach to do one unpleasant thing and transfer that momentum to do all of the unpleasant things at once. I feel like that would alleviate so much tension from the cycle of "Ew, I have to do this...Okay, I did it...But now there's another thing I don't look forward to, ew."

Talcum powder is great for dealing with ants. Just sprinkle it along where you notice them regularly walking (they tend to use the same paths, they leave scent trails for their sister ants to follow). We did this a few times at work and they stopped appearing.

I'm not sure if you have made this already (I haven't seen it) but something to do with your cooking- I have such a hard time making small batch veg meals.
How do you even remember the things you need to do for the week ahead? I can't even remember to write things down in a Google Keep. Why brain, why?? 😅
As one who has to go to a laundromat to do laundry I can't imagine if I owned a washer and a dryer I would have trouble getting laundry done.
OMG!! I saw you had on your list "Email Rode about my mic". You may not see this, but I'm a UA-camr as well (different account) and my Rode mic has been having issues too! I need to contact them as the battery just...died. This is the second time too, as they had to send me a new battery as it was still under warranty, and that was about a year ago. Now that same battery has died again-so frustrating! Did this happen to you or is your mic doing something different? I'm curious if we had the same problem, and if so, maybe there's something defective going on with Rode mics. 🤔
