Enjoying HANA-BIYORI for the first time

I went to HANA-BIYORI for the first time to see the garden designed by a famous garden designer, which is only for lodging plants!
He said it was calculated for when the flowers are not in full bloom, I see.
The area is near a baseball stadium and an amusement park, and there was also construction work going on nearby, so it was not a "flower day" for me.
I would like to go back in the spring when it is quieter.
