May be EO9A92GA (24 pin ic ) is faulty or short. check whole formatter board for shorting Like Transistors, Diode, Capacitors, Resistors also check Print Head.

Hello my friend. Your work is very successful, I follow it with pleasure. I have an Epson L3150 model printer and I would like your help with a paroblem. First of all, the power was lost while my printer was running, during the checks I made, I found that the parts of A2222, C6144 and E09A7418A were broken and I replaced them. however, when I power up and try again, a few seconds after the screen lights up and the motors kick in, the motors stop, and then my power supply goes into short-circuit mode to protect itself. What could be the source of the problem? I will be glad if you can help.

transister kitne me mileinge? mere 2 printer me same problem hai use maine ek hi head per use kia tha. usse pehle maine head pani se saaf kia tha ,shayd wo short ho gya hoga jis se dono board ke transister short ho gye. kya head ko achi tra sukha kr theek kr skte hein?
Namaskar Sagar ji, Pani se Print Head ko kabhi Clean nahi karna chahiye, Shayad Head Short ho gaya hai isliye dono Logic Board Short kar diye hai.. Transistors mere paas available hai Lekin Sirf Transistors badal ne se kaam nahi chalega, Print Head aur Logic Board per Regulator Ic bhi check ya change karna padega..

You have provided a solution to my problem but I can't understand what you were saying. Can you translate it in English? I have a board that has busted fuse and does not power. I tried jumpering the fuse but it's don't have power. Is it likely the IC is the problem?

@@rahul-fl2zc Rahul ji, Aap kah rahe ki Power Supply bhi change kar li, uske baad bhi same problem hai.. Aap Logic Board ko check kijiye, Capacitor to damage ya fula hua to nahi hai.. Ek kaam kijiye Logic Board ke saare Capacitors change kar dijiye, Problem solve ho jayegi.

Sir, After cleaning Epson L355 printer head then my printer also dead. I replaced both transistors. now switched on my printer. but blank print is coming out, head is moving. I tried to short F1 fuse. again still only blank print coming out. scanner working perfectly. what is the reason? Please help me sir.
Which chemical did you use for the head clean?
@@KOTAPRINTERCARE First i used water. Then surgical spirit.
Always remember one thing, please do not use water for cleaning the head. The chance of head damage/shortening due to water is up to 90%.
@@KOTAPRINTERCARE Oh. So more chance to damaged my printer head. Ok Thank you sir for your replies.
Please do a few things.. (1) Remove the mother board from the printer. (2) Check both transistors for shorting. (3) If both or one of the transistors burns out/fails, replace both the transistor and the 24 pin IC (E09A92GA). (4) If both the transistors are fine, then clean the head with nail polish remover.
