The Ultimate Door Wedge!
It project is all about planning! So if you enjoy hand planning you’ll love this video! I will be hand making the ultimate door stop / wedge! It has a modern design, because it tapers in two different directions. The wood I’m using is Ash. I hope you enjoy this short simple video!

Surely using those sticks to feed wood through the band saw can more dangerous than using your hands. You have complete control of the material with your hands. Whereas the blade might bite into the stick and send it flying around the shop. Sure if you are uncomfortably close to the blade, use a pushing stick but personally I don’t feel like it was needed for those cuts. Despite that, I liked the vid!

Hey Man! I totally agree! If you have a look at my other videos in my home workshop.. I don't use a push stick on a bandsaw, But i've just started this course, and we were told, we have to use a push stick, soo yeah ahah. Glad you like the video though!

Sean Evelegh...if your required to use a push stick, perhaps they can provide fences to position your work with too...!!
