This one really hurt. I didn't know him personally but I followed him on UA-cam for years. He even accepted my friend request on Facebook. He was a very kind, intelligent, and forthright person. He was so open about learning to love himself and growing and it inspired me to do the same. I hope his partner Jonathan is healing from this loss.

This review helped me a lot! I was between 7n and 6W so I think that I’m gonna go with 6W for brightening because seven neutral will probably look just like my foundation shade which is 10.5 mocha.
I am SO LATE but I JUST found out he passed away! I remember getting into UA-cam 10+ years ago - when I was still a TEEN.. and I thought he was such a beautiful, bold daredevil who pushed boundaries and was never afraid to show his colors. Still subbed after all these years, but for some reason the algorithms didn't show his videos on my feed anymore... until I went down a makeup wormhole recently and I actually thought about him - I wonder what he's up to now, hmmm - and typed his name in the search bar.... only to find out he had passed. My heart breaks!!!! THANK YOU angel, Brian may you rest in peace and play with all the color palettes they have in Heaven above. xoxoxoxo

I picked up 7W0 cocoa as well. I think it might be a tad bit of a high lighting shade for me. I’m about a shade or two darker then u so we will see if not I’ll return it for 6W1 because I do want some Brightening at $90

Be bougee with your La Met foundation brush. I ❤️ love it. You can definitely find the darker colors of Tom Ford and La Mer at CCO but not that fabulous brush.

Oh my God Rest In Peace Brian. How didn’t we noticed something was wrong?! His voice is clearly much worst from the health update videos he posted, his voice was clear. Smh.
I know! He clearly wasn't doing well but kept pushing!
I could from another video that it seemed like his voice or chest had fluid building up because he kept saying excuse me my voice. This is a “wake up call to action” that any time you experience being short winded and tightness in your chest never, never dismiss it- head straight to the hospital and TELL them you need a chest X-ray which about the only safe way to identify pneumonia. Drs. & some nurses just don’t view Black pain or complaints seriously-that’s why John needed to step in to him the help he needed otherwise he probably never would have made it the first time. Studies have shown through JAMA how Blacks get under diagnosed not not diagnosed with the proper medical issue. Take care of yourselves. Texas is the pits- look at the laws! That stupid governor made it hard to get tested from the being,
