i have philips spa8000b its just awesome and people who says it doesn't have any treble control are fools. I mean you can use equalizer for that. And bass is best in this range

i have also philips 5.1. I connect through cd input. When it comes 5.1 surround its working very good giving 5.1 surrount perfectly on cd input which is LR input.
