Or is that not a cable but something to prevent the batteries from connecting? Either way, have it fixed please. Besides that, a very, very nice performance. Thanks.
Better than Dido. Her voice is too ethereal to convey the emotion fully, whereas yours is fuller and more able to replicate the raw feelings. Great job from both of you. No disrespect to the guitarist, he did an excellent job but this song is always going to be about the words and vocal expressions. Very impressed.
It's a beautiful cover, the girl with the ukulele divinely sings the sensations of the lyrics, but, for this song, in my opinion it's one of the rare cases in which the guitar is unable to follow the changes in tone and sensations like synth can does, as its changing sounds are precisely the characteristic of synth and New Wave music. This song was born right together with the synth.
