Hi thanks for the video, so did you have to bring some Israel currency during your two port days? Maybe for buying snacks or souvenirs during the free time of tour?
I did not bring any Israel currency. I used my credit card to purchase things around the country. I know at least some places were accepting USD.

We r planning a celebrity cruise next year to Israel. My question is did you book shore excursions thru celebrity because I’m not sure how you got to see everything on yr own. We r seniors so we want to see a lot but not sure we can do it on our own. Thanks
Check out Israel Guided Tours online. That’s who I went with. It was a small group tour, very affordable, and we saw much more than the Celebrity excursions did. And it was the same group of folks every day so we were friends by the end.
