I recently got laid of from a job. I have been very stressful and repeating 1000 times astagfirullah. I still haven’t gotten a job but definitely this gives a piece of mind. Please make dua that who ever is struggling with finding a job, marriage or any difficultly Allah removes the burden. May Allah SWT grant everyone Hajat(Ameen).

I started saying astafirullah 5 times every prayer, the next week I received $590 in child support from my ex-husband. My ex has never consistently paid child support, there were times when I recieved $7 in child support. The support is taken directly from his check & he owed thousands in arrears. So, to recieve that money was greatly appreciated. I continue to do astafirullah and always have what I need financially. Alhamdulilah. Allah is ever merciful.

To my issues I started to say Istighfar few days ago, first thing which I noticed is that I find more focus in my daily obligatory prayers, I find more strength in myself to avoid the sins, finding more hope and courage in myself which was not exist mostly in myself.

How to start Dua'a 📝
Best to raise your hands facing the sky and sit in the direction of the kaaba 🕋
1. Start with praising and glorifying Allah SWT
2. Send blessings on our beloved prophet Muhammed SAWS
3. Seek Allah's forgiveness sincerely
4. Be confident that Allah will answer your Dua'a, don't doubt it and think positively about Allah SWT
Then the gates of duaa are opened :)
Then you may ask Allah SWT for anything and everything you want and need :)
Repeat 🔂 each Dua'a thrice :)
Times when Dua'a has high hopes and guarantee of being accepted
1. Tahajud /Last third of every night at this time
Allah SWT descends to bestow His bounty upon His slaves, to meet their needs and to relieve their distress, when He says: “Who will call upon Me, that I may answer Him? Who will ask of Me, that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness, that I may forgive him?” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 1145)
2. Between the adhan and the iqamah. It is narrated in a sahih report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “A du’a offered between the adhan and iqamah is not rejected.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud (521) and al-Tirmidhi (212). See also Sahih al-Jami’, 2408)
3. When it's raining
Our beloved prophet Muhammed Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said : “There are two which will not be rejected: du’a at the time of the call (to prayer) and when it is raining.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud and classed as sahih by al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami’, (3078).
4. Last hour of every Friday, one hour before magrib prayer
Our prophet Muhammed said “During it(Friday) there is a time when a Muslim slave does not stand and pray and ask Allah for something, but He will give it to him,” and he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is. (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 935; Muslim, 852. See also question no. 21748)
5. In Sujood (in prostration)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The closest that a person is to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so say a great deal of du’a then.” (Narrated by Muslim, 482)
5. When we hear the crowing of roaster
Prophet Muhammed SAWS said “When you hear the crowing of a rooster, ask Allah of His bounty, for he has seen an angel.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 2304; Muslim, 2729)
In Sha Allah don't forget to share with your loved ones

“Allahumma Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa Anta, khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka, wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa’dika mastata’tu, a’udhu bika min sharri ma sana’tu, abu’u laka bini’matika ‘alayya, wa abu’u bidhanbi faghfir li, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Anta. (O Allah! You are my Rab. There is no true god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon).”

Alhamdulilah this was very beneficial. During this video I said "Allah I feel weird" and then Sh. Omar started mentioning doing istighfar when you feel stress and then the bit about the heart feeling foggy. JazakumAllahu khair. I needed this. Allah's timing is perfect.

*THE BEST DUA'A TO SEEK FORGIVENESS & GUARANTEED JANNAH* 💯💕 (Sayyid Ul Istigfaar)
Prophet Muhammed SAWS said whoever says this Dua'a once in the morning and die before evening *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH* and whoever says this Dua'a once in the evening sincerely and dies before Morning *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH*
Please make it a habit to recite everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening
*Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6306*
The Dua'a
اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي, لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ, خَلَقْتَنِي, وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ, وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ،, أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ, أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ, وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي, فَاغْفِرْ لِي; فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ اَلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Meaning
“O Allah! You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. I acknowledge your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except you.”
There are some conditions for repentance which we need to follow
1. Admit our mistake / sin to Allah SWT
2. Regret the sin we committed
3. Seek Allah's forgiveness and repent sincerely back to him (saying this Dua'a)
4. Make a promise to Allah that you'll do your best not to repeat this sin again
In case you fail as human
Good news once again 🌹
Sincerely follow the above steps and repent again
*Allah SWT promised that he will always accept our repentance not matter how much times we repeat as long as we are sincere with our repentance*

This is true for me most of the times, in modern psychology they said mindfulness is the antidote of anxiety. But how u reach mindfulness? I've tried all the tips like name 3 items u see, hear or anything to be present.. but nothing compare to Astagfirullah.. It's like when u repeat it, there's no other room in ur mind for anything but the next Astagfirullah.. try it minimum 100 times, u'll be surprise u feel so relaxed midway

this astaghfirullah just became a mantra for you to disturb the anxious thinking pattern. (diverting your mind to think about other things)

Masha Allah, istigifar is wonderful I did it 12000 daily and every things comes nomal to me.
Can you share what else zikr u did in a day? And how to divide the 12000 istighfar daily?
Masha Allah. I start the istigifar after fajir prayer 2000,and after duha 2000 after zuhur 2000 after asir 2000 after magrib 2000 after isha 2000, and also ask Allah to forgive me and grant me khair.

*THE BEST DUA'A TO SEEK FORGIVENESS* 💯💕 (Sayyid Ul Istigfaar)
Prophet Muhammed SAWS said whoever says this Dua'a once in the morning and die before evening *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH* and whoever says this Dua'a once in the evening sincerely and dies before Morning *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH*
Please make it a habit to recite everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening
*Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6306*
The Dua'a
اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي, لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ, خَلَقْتَنِي, وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ, وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ،, أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ, أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ, وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي, فَاغْفِرْ لِي; فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ اَلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Allahumma, Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, abuw'u laka bidhanbi, wa abuw'u laka bini'matika 'alayya faghfirli, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta
Meaning
“O Allah! You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. I acknowledge your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except you.”
Allahu Akbar.
La ilaha illAllah.

How to start Dua'a 📝
Best to raise your hands facing the sky and sit in the direction of the kaaba 🕋
1. Start with praising and glorifying Allah SWT
2. Send blessings on our beloved prophet Muhammed SAWS
3. Seek Allah's forgiveness sincerely
4. Be confident that Allah will answer your Dua'a, don't doubt it and think positively about Allah SWT
Then the gates of duaa are opened :)
Then you may ask Allah SWT for anything and everything you want and need :)
Repeat 🔂 each Dua'a thrice :)
Times when Dua'a has high hopes and guarantee of being accepted
1. Tahajud /Last third of every night at this time
Allah SWT descends to bestow His bounty upon His slaves, to meet their needs and to relieve their distress, when He says: “Who will call upon Me, that I may answer Him? Who will ask of Me, that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness, that I may forgive him?” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 1145)
2. Between the adhan and the iqamah. It is narrated in a sahih report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “A du’a offered between the adhan and iqamah is not rejected.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud (521) and al-Tirmidhi (212). See also Sahih al-Jami’, 2408)
3. When it's raining
Our beloved prophet Muhammed Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said : “There are two which will not be rejected: du’a at the time of the call (to prayer) and when it is raining.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud and classed as sahih by al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami’, (3078).
4. Last hour of every Friday, one hour before magrib prayer
Our prophet Muhammed said “During it(Friday) there is a time when a Muslim slave does not stand and pray and ask Allah for something, but He will give it to him,” and he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is. (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 935; Muslim, 852. See also question no. 21748)
5. In Sujood (in prostration)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The closest that a person is to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so say a great deal of du’a then.” (Narrated by Muslim, 482)
5. When we hear the crowing of roaster
Prophet Muhammed SAWS said “When you hear the crowing of a rooster, ask Allah of His bounty, for he has seen an angel.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 2304; Muslim, 2729)

اللهم اغفرلي وارحمني واهدني وعافني وارزقني
O Allah forgive me, have mercy on me,, guide me, give me wellness and provide for me
2. Astagfirullah Wa Athubu illeh
أستغفر الله وأتوب إليه
I seek forgiveness from Allah and repent back to him
3. *Rabbi Ighfirly*
ربي اغفر لي
My Lord Forgive me
4. *Rabbi Ighfirly Wa Tub Alay, Innak Anta Tawwab Al Raheem*
ربي اغفر لي وتب علي انك انت التواب الرحيم
Oh Lord forgive me and have mercy upon me, You are the Acceptor of repentance
5. *Astaghfir ullah-alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Haiyul-Qayyumu, wa atubu ilaihi x 3 times*
أستغفر الله الذي لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم وأتوب إليه
I seek the forgiveness of Allah, there is no true god except Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self- Subsisting, and I turn to Him in repentance)
6. *Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika, ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilaika*
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ "
O Allah, You are free from every imperfection; praise be to You. I testify that there is no true god except You; I ask Your Pardon and turn to You in repentance
7. *Allahumma, Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, Abu laka bini'matika 'alayya Wa abuw'u lak bidhanbi faghfirli , fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta*
