Note:
Clear and legible self-attested copies of the following documents are required to be uploaded
All marksheets of the student.
Fee receipt of payment done separately on fee.du.ac.in for Fast Track and Postal charges (if applicable).
Priority evidences for Fast Track Application.
Postal address document where student want to post the transcript by the University (if opting for postal service).
A valid official id of the student issued by Government Authorities.
Latest photograph and signature of the student.
Syllabus of the programme/course studied.
Student need to upload all supporting documents in a single pdf file except syllabus.
The following documents will be required to take delivery of Transcript personally:
Copy of the acknowledgement receipt of the Online Application.
Copy of the fee receipt for Transcript.
A valid official id of the student issued by Government Authorities and carry the original for verification.

If you want to order your transcript by post to your address, then only you have to pay postal charges otherwise not.
Moreover, From fast track mode you will get your transcript in 10 working days while the Normal process takes 21 working days.
So it's your choice if you need your transcript urgently then apply by fast track otherwise no need.
To which address they post the transcript, current or permanent?

You may not want fast track or by post , then in that case go straight to attested copies and attach them in first link , and then pay fees at end

In this case you first apply to WES and after that apply for the transcript. Then you have to collect your transcripts from the examination centre and post the same to WES address.

My Hindi is not that fluent Ishika. Why are you applying for transcript twice at 2:42 and 6:41? I just want it for WES and I thought it would be better to first get transcript. How can I go about it? And what's the total charge for transcript? I just want it the usual way not fast track or anything.

First you have to register then apply for a transcript.
For a normal process, You have to pay 1000rs (+ 100rs for an additional copy).

Hi, since the size limit for uploading the combined pdf was too less, I could not incorporate all the semester wise marksheets in that pdf. So I used only the final year consolidated marksheet. Is that an issue or will that work for getting the transcript?

If you already uploaded the consolidated marksheet then no problem. It will also work.

Hi I have made the payment but i didn't receive any acknowledgement slip....just received a msg in my phone that the payment has been made to DU
Just click on the site again .. again go to the pay fee ..but don't do the payment this time.. after sometime you will get your acknowledgement slip.

This is a University website problem.
Re-login in the portal. Again start the payment process they will not ask you to pay the payment in the end, they will directly send you the acknowledgement slip.

From fast track mode you can get your transcript in 10 working days, so if you want it urgently then you can apply for fast track mode otherwise from normal mode you can get the transcript in 21 working days.

Hi Ishika, thanks for sharing..😊 could you let me know below points:- I am in Canada did graduation in 2009, though my friends and family live in Delhi and they can collect Transcripts on my behalf and i can send them authority letter for collecting the same.. what process I should follow ? fill out the application and mention my Delhi address paying in INR or shall i mention my Canada address? If you didn't get mail after 10 working days you can go to the centre directly with your I'd proof, acknowledgement receipt to collect the transcript.

They will give you a hard copy of the transcript.
If you want it by post then you have to pay extra charges (Miscellaneous fee- Rs 500 approx) and In a single pdf with your marksheets then you also have to attach all your fee receipts and any I'd proof like adhar card (for address proof if applying via post).
While if you are not applying via post then you have to collect it from the window.
For JAM verification your consolidated marksheet (6th sem marksheet) will also work.

Actually in 3rd and 4th sem marksheet my hindi name had some mistakes which I had corrected later on in 5th and 6 th sem i.e. in final sem my details have been corrected . So If I want semester wise marksheet will they issue all sem marksheets with correct details??

Hi i have a marksheet which has all semester grade in one which which University provide us when we passed our graduation so can we now directly apply for transcript or we have to pay 2000 or 500 for marksheet?
If applying via fast track process then you have to pay 2000Rs
and If you want the transcript via post then additional 500Rs.
Without fast track and post services, you have to pay only 1000Rs and 100Rs additional per copy.

If you have applied by fast track and didn't get any mail or information till now then you can directly go to the centre to collect the transcripts.

For better help please mail to the transcript department as you are outside India they will charge extra.
Additionally, you can Authorize someone i.e by providing a authorizing letter to your friend or a family member who can collect your transcript from the centre on behalf of you.
I haven’t uploaded the anything under syllabus, as it was not mandatory. Did anyone got transcript without giving syllabus?

I didn't get any confirmation mail They will mail you only when your transcript approved.
