Am I the only one who thinks Evil-Lyn looks like an old woman when she is not wearing her helmet? We are so used to seeing her with her helmet on, it is difficult to recognize her without it.
Why is it that if She-Ra Needs Spirit as Swift Wind has to say For The Honor Of Greyskull, yet sometimes all He-MAN has to do is point the Power Sword, and Cringer Becomes Battle Cat, some times. But Adora has to say the magic words, why is that?
We only ever saw She-ra turn Spirit into Swift Wind after he fact only once. He-man did use "By the Power of Grayskull" in the "Temple of the Sun" episode before turning Cringer into Battlecat, but that was the only time.
Just as Adora has to say "For the honor of Grayskull" to become She-Ra, Adam has to say "By the power of Grayskull" to become He-Man. Once they become their more powerful alter-egos, all they have to do is point their swords to change their animal companions into their other selves. The reason for your misunderstanding is that you're forgetting Cringer is not always with Adam when he becomes He-Man, whereas Spirit is almost never not near Adora when she transforms.
