I was about to die from an overdose in my apartment in Miami all alone after so many different drugs…I went to grab my phone and I couldn’t even see what I pressed and out of no where UA-cam started and this song played. My heart was beating out of my chest and then the room turned white and I felt at peace. My heart slowed down and I survived. Jesus Christ is real people. He saved my life.

I’m in pains. Because I haven’t paid been at work for a month and half. Just quitted. My first salary after graduation. I couldn't wait until this song came out and it was well worth the wait. A song that captures how most, if not all of us feel in our hearts and situations. I used to believe that Jesus didn't truly understand how we felt going through these tough times (just because I looked at His perfection and divinity and not appeal to His humanity) that feels like it's gonna break us but getting to know Him more in scriptures and His life shows me He does. I especially love the fact that this was shot in black and white instead of color. Perfect way to express how this ties in with emotions.. IMO.
