Thanks for posting. It's very interesting. I have also changed the headlamp leds twice. I am happy with the ones in now. Also the daytime running lights and the front fog lights. It's so dark here you almost need a light bar. I remember when I first used the heads, it was like an old man sitting on the bonnet with an oil lamp. You are correct ford's lights are useless nearly as bad as there four wheel drive. I am interested to see which part of the world you will pop up in next.

Hi, the L shape white light at the bottom of headlight on passenger side is not lighting on my ranger, what component is that (so I can order it)? And can I replace it DIY?
I’m seeing these on eBay for around £30 is that right? What year is yours? Mines a 68 plate so just want to know the exact type so I can change my bulbs. Cheers

@@paullaidler5528 Funny you should say that. I've tried 2 different H15 LED's in the full beam and not been 100% satisfied. I ordered a different set last week and need to fit them and do a video. I think I will have cracked it with these though. geni.us/aJhzrJ

Hi mate i did this, done the passenger side then got to the driver side and the connection was different to the passenger (wider pin) a little bit stuck now

Yes, I would have thought the bulbs are exactly the same as the Wildtrak didn't have any upgraded lights on it. 👍👍

Just checked if I had the wrong link, but no, h11's are the ones for dipped, H15'S for the full beam 👍🏻

Mate low beams sorted but I just couldn’t get the high beams in? I think the globe was too big? Any recommendations?
If its that the cap won't fit back on, you can get replacement ones that have a deeper bowl

Hi Kieran, I've done this 3 times with no issues, and I don't think it matters with regard to polarity. Sounds like a fuse, have a check. Good luck 🤞

Something I noticed with my low beam led install the chips don't line up at 3 and 9
I think you can spin the main body in the housing (if I get what you mean correct)

It should be exactly the same. I had this when I did my Full Beams and it was just that the pins were bent out a bit. I just straightened them.

No, no errors, they have worked perfectly since ethe day they were fitted and are on every day

@@Kiki-tj1cd that's a shame, the bulbs in my high beams on the Ranger are H15, so they fit OK fortunately
