DIPOLOG STREET DANCING 2019/ PAGSALABUK FESTIVAL 2019 //QB VLOGS

Street dancing in Dipolog was yesterda May 17,2019 at 3pm. Celebrating Dipolog pagsalabuk festival. PAGSALABUK is of ethnic origin that means gathering, that came from the early tribal settlers called the subanos or river people who were part of the second wave of Malay migration to the Philippines. At the earlier days of the festival the presentation was not actually subanen or ethnic it is just a distinct SAMBA and BALLROOM dancing on the streets, where dancers promenade in the tune of Samba without the use of any musical instrument except with the accompaniment of drums in any sizes with a beat creating a melody of the dance. It was later change into more ethnic in nature.
