No, X-Tinction Agenda happens a while after this stuff, it's not collected in any omnibus, it takes place right after where the X-Men by Claremont and Jim Lee omnibus volume 1 ends, then Claremont and Lee volume 2 picks up right after X-Tinction Agenda
