Seeing Draymond here, he looks like a 2nd-round talent. He is STILL that all these years later--a second-round talent who worked his way to becoming a DPOY, all-star, and key player on 4 champions. My nephew was asking me what he does that makes him so special, and I said "Draymond Green just figures out whatever the other team is doing on offense and defense and does his best to counter it."
What I said but will is best the skill you can have and he has and insane basket iq, do you think he’s had a hof career tho ?
@@FamilyOvaEverythngfour time champion, defensive player of the year, anchored elite defenses multiple times in his career.
If McGrady made it with arguably the least accolades out of any Hall of Famer, then Draymond is a lock.
@@FamilyOvaEverythng4x All-Star, 2x All-NBA, 8x All-Defensive, DPOY, he's definitely a lock
@@kdfan35horrible take. Tracy McGrady was top of the league.
Green did everything for the Spartans and everything for the Warriors! 🔥
Everything but get buckets
@Marc Joseph Cortez
Yeah but u see what happens when u take Steph and klay away... he is a complimentary player and sadly enough what he does on defense isn’t masking his terrible offense
Yup. Basically a walking triple double
@@royaldavis640 that is true but when you take him away they’re a terrible team defensively and the ball doesn’t move nearly as well as it does with him on the floor.
No he wasn't
Who would’ve thought this dude would lose all that weight and become dpoy so much respect for draymond
He did the reverse zion
I love draymond the way he play 💪
He played for spartans and now warriors, Green is a gladiator.
Draymond is a GOAT frfr..... His game is criminally underrated
I appreciate you uploading my suggestion March Madness. I think there’s going to be plenty more Spartan highlights down the road.
Draymond was raw in college
Man his jumper was pure
This kid might help a team win some championships someday if he keeps it up. Always willing to do what needs to be done.
Scottie barnes really just draymond 2.0
And now he is a nba champion and def player ❤️
Draymond's chunky self was a hooper in college
Exactly. Underrated
We were so spoiled with mateen ager/brown neitzel draymond denzel cassius 😔 i miss all those great days
He was a Swiss Army knife since day one on both ends
Crazy how Michigan's play style was somewhat similar to the warriors
Tlotliso Koloi that’s why draymond is succeeding
Green brought a lot of Izzo's playbook for GS. I have said this for the longest time, Draymond be coaching at GS.
We call Michigan state never Michigan 🛑
Draymond Green is a basketball hall of famer
Go Michigan State University Spartans.
Where does his midrange and post up gone? I don’t know.. is it warrior’s game style made him move away from his offense plays
He was their point guard I remember watching draymond get them to a final four essentially by himself
That game vs Vasquez and Maryland
WOWWW
Goat
Draymond use to have some offense. I love the guy but where'd this guy go?! We need this draymond back in the finals. That guy could help a team win. Let's go Warriors. Draymond Green you have proven your greatness so just play bub and do you. We need some offense from you big guy.
From phillipines solid gsw
Draymon lookin thicc
Draymond Green is the dancing bear.
I would take a 4 year Day Day type of player over a top 5 McDonald’s all American one and done anyday
Because they can stay in school and actually DEVELOP their game
When he developed that 3 it was wraps
His shot was definitely different and better back then!
3 point line is closer
His shooting mechanics and confidence in his shot were better in college…no hesitation.
Man these shorts were so long.. how did that feel normal for so long!
Go Golden State Warriors.
I needed to see this for the record because I do not remember him at Michigan State
He was there for 4 years you clearly weren’t watching 🤣
Draymond plays the exact same way reading the actions making the right pass except he could shoot
7:30 I see he’s always had that backpack jumper 🤣 still, when did he become a dirty player though lol
Y tf he not scoring like that rn I’m real warriors fan and I wish he did score like this
College be having players looking like top 10 of all times.
And bro its hard af to even make it to that level
You got to dominate in college to be able to fit in the NBA because everyone in the NBA dominated college. Same as HS to College.
i disagree in this context, his nba highlights when he developed his passing and defense are miles more impressive than half of these basic lay ups and put backs.. this video didn’t really impress me
I mean that's the point to look the best they can.. gotta remember in their minds they don't know they'll make it to the NBA they have to continue striving extra hard to not lose their spot.
@@carmosenreally? I was super impressed. I ain’t no coach but the dude was doing it all. I think too many dudes are in love with Michael Jordan and all that kind of stuff and forget that basketball is a team sport.
I love how wide open mid range jumpers makes greens highlights. Go warriors!!!
Man look at Eli scott
How was he not a 1st round pick?
Podcast p brought me here ❤❤❤
whats up with the clunking rim noise on these college games
Draymon been 40 since he was 18
Why was he picked so late exactly?
Impressive skills all around!! 😮👍👏👏
Height most likely. Dude is short for his position.
Lack of height, athleticism and scoring probably.
They called him a tweener and didn't believe his game would translate to the NBA.
He mentioned in pgs podcast that GMs didn’t know which position he would play due to his height
Where did his shot go?
Matthew 5:8
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Always falling down 😂
When draY was eating them honey buns
Who is THIS guy?! 🤨😂
Okay
Draymond should have got drafted first overall
He is probably the 5th best player from the 2012 draft
I wonder how many rings he wouldve got without the warriors
Future HOFamer don't care what anyone says
Arnav Madadi no, you dumb
@@PopeyesBiscuitWithNoDrink 3 rings and a DPOY averaging 13 pts 10 rebs in the Warriors playoff runs from 2015-19. Honestly the rings and DPOY is enough for a HOF bid, maybe not first ballot tho
cant play well without Curry,Thompson and Durant
@@workbook17 and the warriors wouldn't have won their championships without him, he was their best defender, leader, and a great rebounder
@@arnavmadadi3368 💯
Wasnt he like 1st team All American?
Shared NPOY with Anthony Davis his final year in college.
@@jayclean5653 he never shared it, he won it over him
I’d draft him tbh
Overhated
Overrated
@@thepredictionmaster7638 2x DPOY and 3x champion...
Draymond was wayy better then
so he was way better in college? are you an idiot
@@XChronicHash, Brain cells of a mother goose
@@roverjohnson6854 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Got better in the league buddy
No, the level of competition was just lower
zero bounce
And now refuses to score in the nba
He explained to paul George in a podcast..
it was mostly because when kd sign to the warriors, he thought that he didn't need to shoot, and focus on defense, passing and rebound and after that he lost his confidence to shoot the ball..
1st
Hmm.. no highlights from the NMSU game? 🤔 I wonder.... oh yeah cuz he got punked against Hamidu Rahman! 🤣🤣
Who asked
@@darrianholland9030 sallltyyy!!! Haha
@@jtamazing7876 sure...
@@jtamazing7876 dude what...? who are you arguing with?
Can’t make a final four every year 🤷♂️
Draymond seems like he lost skill along with that weight. He needs to score more
3x Champ you talking bout?
4 x champ
Now will be known as a dirty player.
I'm only here to see if he was EVER good
draymond is very good, he would improvve any team hes on by a lot
bro he has had a decade plus nba career, y’all say the dumbest things.
