Lane blocking turns into road rage

On this exit every day, both coming on and off this exit. There is always cars that turn into road rage. The problem is that the left lane ends and somehow the people in the right lane get upset that the people get in front of them. So they try to block them ridimg the middle line and when they try to block them usually this happens often. This is 17/92 and Maitland Blvd exit in Maitland, FL.
