Whats meta on heng'e right now? be it set wise or stats to hunt? I get she wants hp and effect res, but i've seen a lot of crit/crit damage floating around too. No doubt she'll want some defence as well to make her tankier.
Also guessing hp / eff res / speed is probably meta for mainstat artefacts.

early game players should just go max HP... late game you want 100% crit rate 250+ crit dmg hp and 150-200% effect res and hit 2k - 2.1k spd at least
