I think the things in stone island drain your stats extra quick without the V shield. Try that spot. Might not even need a stall.
Also Cockatrice drain your stats. Which could be the answer to the B5 clue. If this is the answer I’ll take a burnt oomlie
The real winner here is Lia Rose who managed to double her armour and make you do two long ass quests for her account
IT HAPPENED! SOMEONE FINALLY LEAKED THE METHOD: (now posted on the Burnt Oomlie wiki page)
“…by making use of the chilling effect which provides a temporary skill drain.
1. Go to the entrance of God Wars Dungeon or the Ice Path north of it.
2. Prior to entering the chilly stat-draining area, drain Cooking to at least 50, or slightly above.
3. Light a fire.
4. Reduce Hitpoints to 1 (for example, by use of a dwarven rock cake or locator orb) and flick Rapid Heal to reset the regeneration timer.
5. Cook a full inventory of wrapped oomlie to give the Cooking skill some time to drain below 44.
6. The Cooking level continues to drop below 44 while cooking continues. All successive cooking attempts below 44 Cooking give some nonzero chance of burning.
This method relies on the player being at 1 hitpoint for the duration of the cooking process, as the cold will not cause damage with only 1 hitpoint remaining. Should hitpoint regeneration occur, damage will be taken, and the action will be interrupted.”
I believe Hannah’s recently publicized obsession with the burnt oomlie is what spurred this leak, since nobody was really talking about it that much beforehand.
Does this work?? Anyone tried? I care way too much about this.

"Trace the bird to its last known ancestor." If you search for images you find something that looks like a cockatrice, these do lower your stats but only combat according to the wiki. It might also refer to dragons. In osrs dragons were created by the Dragonkin. During the Dragonkin Conflicts Zorgoth and other unnamed Dragonkin worked on creating dragons with increased aggression. The first of these experiments took place underneath Crandor, where they successfully created a green dragon with heightened aggression: Elvarg. If you fight Elvarg on hard mode in NMZ without dragonfire protection she will lower your stats significantly every hit according to the wiki. "Under the waterfall will be the treasure" The most famous waterfall in osrs has to be the Baxtorian Falls, underneath it lies The Ancient Cavern which is created by the Dragonkin and is full of dragons. Perhaps another clue pointing towards Elvarg?

A few things come to mind. Firstly glacials tomb. To enter you need the pebble found in a gnome area which are associated with terrorbirds. The tomb has some interesting effects like not being able to bring weapons or armours. Also the wiki says opening the coffin within is a uninterruptible action( you cannot eat or teleport but can be attacked)Maybe you could search the coffin then start cooking? The disease would proc but the cooking would be stalled?
I wonder if it has anything to do with the fairy dragon in the evil chicken's layer. Like, what if when you have him cook your brulee, it burns other food you have in your inventory? Just a crazy thought.
One of the first things I remember learning in RuneScape is that ranges burn less food than fires. I was yelling at my phone lmao. I’m glad at the end you finally realized that.

This whole time I didn't actually think the burnt oomlie wrap was real. But when they traded it to you my world was flipped upside down.
For future reference if you need to quickly hop worlds, you can use ctrl+shift+left/right arrow to do it instantly

This is an entirely underutilized and unknown feature that would make hcim, money making, and wilderness anything faster and safer than trying to tab and spam logout.
@@oakforgeminiatures7862 you certainly can, it’s the world hopper plug in on RuneLite, I normally bind it to my page up/down keys works a treat for everything you mentioned.

Maybe im crazy but i might found a solution... You need 99 cooking + cooking cape. Drain cooking low enough(path to DT as mentioned in start of video) to maybe like 40-45, run to the zogre and get disease then tp to catherby and run to cookingrange as you did in video, when you stand there your cooking should be at 50 as it is the requirement of cooking the wraper. When the disease hit, then you must do following on same tick, cook the wrap and remove the cooking cape.
Based on math this should be 50 current cooking-10 cooking from disease -1 from cooking skill cape = 39.
However it is higher ods to burn em by cooking em at campfire (100% at L43 fire vs 100% at L40 range).
So the optimal routing should be Path to DT(drain)->Zorgre for disease -> light fire -> cook when disease hits+ remove skillcape for best ods (ods 4.34% for disease followed up with 6,64% for burning at best ods means 0.288% chance to get one (1/346.3)
You need to cook next to the fire cave. Those vents burn better I think.
Are you sure that removing a skill cape lowers your stat by 1? I know that equipping them raises by one, but I thought it was a regular +1 boost.
@@Kredige It will if the total level results in 50 with the cape equipped (i.e 49+1). That's why they mentioned removing the cape in the same tick.

With runelite you can use menu entry swapper or right click the invent tab and change what you're clicking so any item can be a 1 tick stall. I use it for tp with items mainly like quest Cape is a 1 click tp now

This is the best waste of 30 mins/50 hours I've seen, it's like a rendi origin story
When I first seen this I thought about using the disease mixed with the cold at GWD to cook on a specific tick to try to burn it, would have to use an account that's between 45 - 50 cooking and use a cooking boost and get it to drop below as your cooking
Oomlie Birds are based on the Red jungle fowl, which are the wild ancestors of chickens in the real world. Oomlie birds are the wild relatives of chickens in RuneScape.
I’m guessing there is somewhere near a waterfall with chickens and a fire pit of some sort where you can reduce your stats and cook it on that SPECIFIC cooking location to burn the Oomlie wrap.
Kill the evil chicken (common ancestor) and use the token for the fairy dragon without ice gloves. Let your levels drop during the cutscene.
Also there is a fairy ring underneath the waterfall in Enchanted Valley, which leads to Zanaris and the evil chicken's lair.
How legit is the “trace the bird to its last known ancestor..” part? Seems like there could be something there
Also, you can’t kill Oomlie until Legends Quest is done, BUT u can range and tele grab the meat before starting the quest. Could be related. I’m interested now.
Hannah - "under the waterfall the treasure lies".. Is being washed down the waterfall a stall of some kind..? Maybe something in glarial's tomb? Honestly this is like the clue finder outfit, the community will get involved in this and back you fully haha

I know I'm late to the party but just started binging your videos. I want to say I've seen something with going to the ice area with a full inventory of wraps, start cooking at 50 and possibly by the time you get to the last couple you are in burn range and it's rng at that point
Not a full theory, but if you use a boost to get plus 1 cooking while at 49, then time the tick so the disease lowers at the same time as the boost wears off you can lose an extra level and get down to 39.
Hanannie, look at the talk/discussion page for the burnt oomlie wrap on the osrs wiki. I ran some numbers and did some testing. Should be the right direction. Good luck and I hope you tick perfect disease/make-x proc on a fire.
I mean, so from the clue, I can only think of the bird from My arms big adventure, the Giant Roc, and closer to the end of the quest there is a troll named, Burntmeat who gives you an inventory of burnt food at the end of the quest. Idk if there is a waterfall in it, but if there's some exploit around this gl :)
So assuming an animation stall is the answer the question becomes can you stack actions in the stall. Something like outside gwd while using a stew to get a -5 boost or trying to stall while drinking the beer in the barcrawl that gives a cooking drain.
This was a great heist; Theo crying defeated in a corner, Rendi AWOL and Hannah trying to seduce people for intel.

Cooking something twice will always burn it. Don’t know if it will work on the oomlie, but hey, you can do it with any cooking lvl.

THAT'S CRAZY I was literally thinking about doing the same thing draining my cooking to burn it. For the same reason 😂 I was thinking of every creative way possible to burn food, went through the wiki and everything like "how does one drain cooking anyway???"
Now I know why oomlie wraps are so expensive. I knew it was a good idea to make an inventory full every time I head to that area for clue steps.
Also I wanted to mention that I can confirm that neither cockatrice attacks, nor aberrant spectre attacks lower cooking whatsoever and I have screenshots to prove so. So it's safe to assume any other slayer monsters that drain stats like basilisks don't effect cooking either

What if you tried the first method on the fire inside rogues den? This is a 1 click fire as of recently. If i remember correctly fires have a higher chance to burn food then ranges

Yes fires have higher chance to burn food then ranges and the ranges have different odds too. I remember the stove in Lumbridge castle supposed to be the best one to cook on

tried that, but its not an item, it only happens once you finish the dialogue, so its impossible to use it to cook

You got to keep in mind they are charging people 2B for theses things, when people charge that much it's pretty likely that they have to make a new account a bunch to try and get it.
@@Hananniee Something to keep in mind also, if they really are willing to tell you how to get them if you pay them enough, it's likely it's something annoying enough for them to do that they're happy to give away the information because they know most if not all people wouldn't be willing to do it.
Making a new account each time for each attempt would fit the bill of something that's annoying enough to do that you feel you can sell the information without it effecting your provits from yourself using the method.

How about the mourner from Mournings End that sets all stats to 13? Cook at the tick he yeets the vial?
I think that only lowers combat stats and hp
gwd entrance stat drain, drain to 50 then start cooking, keep at 1hp to avoid being interrupted
The only thing I can think of is Aberrant Specters?? I can't remember what their drain does exactly and I can't look it up on wiki. I recall doing the slayer tower shortcut task for diary, that they DO drain agility very rapidly when not wearing a nose peg (whoops). Do they drain cooking as well? And do they drain it enough for this to work?
I just checked, they do not drain your cooking level unfortunately
